Choosing your vessel
We ask seven questions: group size, ages, dates, route, motion-sickness history, diet and budget. You get a shortlist of two or three boats with photos, captain credentials and honest trade-offs.

Vessel fit, not vessel availability
You and your guests are the only passengers. The captain and crew work to your itinerary for the contracted hours, and the boat picks up no other bookings that day.
We do not own the boats. We keep a vetted partner fleet of independent captains in Benoa Marina, Serangan and Sanur, and book you onto the vessel that best fits your group, date and route. With no inventory to fill, there is no reason to push you onto the wrong hull.

What is included, and what you can add
The standard day covers everything you need. Upgrades are priced per group unless stated.
Booking terms
How we pick your vessel, and what happens if plans or weather change.
Deposit and confirmation
A 30% deposit by bank transfer or card confirms the booking. A written itinerary with crew names follows within 24 hours, and a pre-charter pack seven days before.
Cancellation
60 days out: full refund less USD 80. 30 days: 50%. 14 days: 25%. Inside 14 days: no refund unless the operator cancels for weather.
Weather
The captain has the final say on the day. If the captain cancels for sea state, or the harbourmaster closes Benoa, you get a full refund or a free reschedule within 12 months.
