No author profiles
A grid of faces and years of experience is only worth something if every claim can be checked. Ours could not, so the desk publishes under the site’s own name.
Research first
What the regulation, tariff or operator actually says, in its own words; then what happens when someone follows it. The page keeps the two apart.
Claims we avoid
No licence numbers, accreditation logos, registrations or awards. A formal requirement points at the issuing authority, not at us.
Keeping it current
Pages are revisited when the rule or price moves. If you find something stale, telling the desk is the fastest way to fix it.
