Deposit

Deposit
Accepting the proposal and paying the deposit reserves the vessel for you.

Confirmation pack
Voucher, itinerary, embarkation point and your shore contact.

One week before
Final itinerary, weather outlook and the captain’s direct number.

Met at the pier in Benoa or Serangan, about 30 minutes from the airport.

Cancellations must be in writing. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Date or guest-number changes depend on availability and are confirmed in writing.

Confirm them in the final week so the chef can provision.

Birthdays, proposals and anniversaries: tell us early and we arrange the details.
